We've been making Photo ID and Name Badges for over 35 years and are happy to help with an ID badge for your business. Badging Services range from photo ID's for companies, contractors, temporary employees to emergency response teams and event ID’s. Visitor, Contractor and Temporary Badges also available.

ID Printing Services include full-color photo ID badges, front and back. Photo ID Badges are printed on white plastic, pvc, credit-card size cards. Badges can be printed on one side or both sides. Slots can be punched in the top of the card at no additional charge.

• Single Sided PVC Card

  • Color on Front = $7.95 each

• Double Sided PVC Card

  • Color on Front/Black on Back = $8.95 each

  • Color on Front/Color on Back = $9.95 each

• Contractor, Visitor, and Temporary Badges (one color print and same design on all badges) = $2.95 each

  • Add your logo in same print color for additional $.95 each

  • Add your logo in full color for additional $1.95 each

• Accessories also available - lanyards, clips and badge holders for your Photo ID Badges

Photo ID Card Ordering  

Here’s How It Works…

• Download and complete this Letter of Authorization and return back to us stating that you are authorized to request Photo ID’s for your company and that your are giving Atlanta ID, LLC permission to print your logo and ID Cards.

• Choose a Design Orientation for the Standard Layout

  • Vertical

  • Landscape

• Custom Layouts available for $35 Artwork Setup. One proof for approval is free. Additional proofs are $10 each.

• Send us your logo in a high resolution JPG format. Or we can print your company name.

• Send us the text information to print on the ID Cards (name, title…) and photos (rename the image to be the name of the person. For example: JaneDoe.JPG).

• We’ll send you a proof of the ID card for your approval. Upon your approval for the ID Card Layout and payment (credit card) we will print your ID cards and send them to you via USPS. Other shipping methods available for a charge.

• ID Badge accessories available - Lanyards, Clips, Badge Holders

  Note: - when saving graphics for Photo ID Cards please save in YMCK and high resolution 300 DPI for printing (dots per inch). RGB is used for display on the web (pixels per inch).
