Engraving Guidelines

Standard Artwork Setup and Engraving - Free Artwork Setup and Free Engraving for medals, awards or gifts purchased from Atlanta ID, LLC. Standard Engraving is engraving for text and monograms only.  Items for Standard Engraving include all awards with base plates including glass and crystal art pieces and personalized gifts for monograms or favorite short quotes or other text.    Please see the Standard Engraving Guidelines or click on the link below for more details.

STANDARD ENGRAVING GUIDELINES & FORM

Design Engraving - There is a one-time Artwork Setup for the engraving of logos or graphics or photos when artwork is submitted in one the recommended formats.  Charges may apply if the artwork needs to be touched up to engrave properly.  Additional images may be added for $20 Artwork Setup for each image. 

Artwork Setup on Black Marble only is $10 per photo. Photos can be engraved on Black Marble only.

Design Engraving includes all Standard Engraving features plus engraving of images such as graphics and logos.   Artwork Setup for all products except Black Marble is $35.
