SHIPPING & RETURNS

What is FREE & EASY ORDERING? To help make your ordering experience easier, we offer Free Standard Artwork Setup, Free Standard Engraving and Free Ground Shipping.  See Standard Engraving and What is your Shipping Policy? below for details.  Please see Design Engraving for engraving logos or graphics. 

What is your Shipping Policy? We gladly offer Free Ground Shipping within the 48 contiguous states in the US.  All items in an order will be shipped together.  All engraved items ship in approximately 48 - 72 hours after we receive your approval for the artwork.  In the rare event that we cannot ship within 5 business days then we will contact you. Shipping is generally with standard shipping carriers, therefore, shipments are subject to the carrier's delivery process. Please Contact Us for expedited shipments and shipping charges. Fragile items may incur insurance charges.

Can I pick up my order? Not at this time as we do not have a retail location.

Can I change the address? Yes, if the order has not been packed and shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order? For non-custom engraved items or non-special or catalog ordered items, the order may be changed or cancelled as long as it has not been packed and shipped. No changes or cancellation on orders that have been processed as a special, catalog or custom engraved order.

Do you accept returns? Yes. Please send us a request via the Contact Us page and we will review your request.  If the return request meets our return policy, a RMA number will be issued. Please understand that once an item has been customized for you or specially ordered for you that it may not be returned, refunded, exchanged or credited.  No return items will be accepted without a RMA number.  Returns are available from 30 days of purchase and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. 

Do you accept returns for damaged items? Yes. Please send us a request via the Contact Us page and we will review your request.  If the return request meets our return policy, a RMA number will be issued. Please understand that once an item has been customized for you or specially ordered for you that it may not be returned, refunded, exchanged or credited unless it was damaged in shipping to you. No return items will be accepted without a RMA number.  Returns for damaged items are subject to the carrier's or shipper's inspection and claim guidelines.  A request for damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of shipping.
